Constant packet loss on NL Servers

I have packet loss on NL servers. VoIP is not possible...

Seems not much but as I said skype is making problems.

Support is telling my that it is my ISP. I do not lost one single package out of 350 at a ping test the airvpn server in NL....

Status page is showing packet loss on all servers. My pfsense firewall is showing packet loss on Nashira server too.
