Speed Stats glitch?

Hi, recently I've seen crazy speeds on Top User's speeds and I wonder if those data are real or is a stat glich

 

I've also seen someone at 3.01 Gbps on Tegmen. That's over 300% of its capacity.

Ruchbah 1.11 Gbit / sec

Once there was 65Gbit on Thabit in Canada. I can only assume it's a stats glitch. No clue what causes it.
