Cant Connect to Server - Win8.1

Hi there,

 

PIease help - I can't connect to a server. AirVPN just continually loops through trying to connect, but then gets a fatal error.

 

I am using Eddie 2.9.2 on Windows 8.1 (I did upgrade to Win10 but reverted to 8.1 due to issues).
