utorrent DNS

Hello.

I need explonation about utorent DNS. In one post i found that for security need to be changed primary DNS of utorrent in 10.4.0.1 

  I my computer wirlles adapter in properties in protocol version 4 i found the same DNS 10.4.0.1

Should i change dns in utorrent becouse of the same DNS adress or not.

The original dns of utorrent was in usa california some cable network. when i put dns in google i found that
