Slowness with all Florida servers

I'm on Comcast in Houston, and connecting via OVPN over SSL. All of the the Florida servers are very slow tonight (3-5Mbps tops, sometimes lucky to get 1Mbps). This includes Acamar, Yildun, Cursa and Pollux. I have no problems with the speeds of any other US servers, easily achieving over 25Mbps. I know this could very well be a routing issue with my ISP, but was wondering if anyone else was experiencing the same slowness.
