just to point out I've been trying to sign up to Gmail and FB using many servers without any success (NL, SE, CH etc)

 

any server would you suggest?

Probably only servers during the first week of their appearance will work.

There is still a way to register an account, but you will need phone verification that you probably wish to avoid.

So only IPs without prior registrations or services that provide virtual number for SMS.

Do you you know any service to get a virtual number for SMS?

 

I think airvpn should keep private its servers' ip...
