Iphone/Ipad won't log into account

Not been using Airvpn very long so I'm probably missing something. I'm having trouble logging into the website on both my Iphone and Ipad so I can complete the process to access the VPN on these devices. Neither will log into my account but works fine on my windows computer. password and user name is correct and both are running the latest IOS software. Any suggestions?
