dhcp KEEPS DROPPING HELP

Hi I am using the free trial for some reason it keeps dropping on me says DNS server not working and my web pages just freeze etc some times it ok most the time it's not or I get message DHCP not enabled.How can I fix this please ? I am using windows 8.1 I could try follow a guide but I am not every good with them sorry.Thank you.

I have had DNS issues today as well, it tkaes a few tries to get a stable connection. I had no problem yesterday, so maybe there is a DNS issue that is ongoing, hopefully it will be fixed soon.
