port forwarding problem

up until recently port forwarding worked but recently it won't no matter what i do.It doesn't work even if i uninstall my firewall. Are there any settings that anyone knows about that i could check.Its frustrating because i've checked all i can think of to check.It works fine on my other pc so it isn't my router. Well if it works on your second PC, then it is most certainly your router (or your first PC, but if you disabled the firewall it leaves the router as the most possible option).

Screenshots or any more details are required if you want some more helpful tips.

what screenshots do you need?When i boot into linux on the same pc i have no issues.I'll have another look at my router.
