Connecting problems..

I'm using a mac and I just bought a 1 month plan. 

 

It keeps saying its connecting to a (city), restarts in 3,2,1 and does the same thing all over again. In the client area it says i was connected, but on the app.. it never said, "Connected".

I am having exactly the same problem and have tried everything to no avail. It was working fine for the first day and then this.... Some help would be much appreciated!

Please post the OpenVPN logs by going to the "log" tab in the AirVPN client 'Eddie' and clicking the copy button and pasting it into your next post.
