Slow streaming speeds Netflix/Twitch/Youtube

Hi, I'm a new customer. 

 

Using the US servers I'm unable to stream sufficiently on the above websites, constant buffering issues etc. It's totally fine with the VPN off. 

 

Any ideas what could be causing this issue? I'm connected to Metallah.

I'm being helped via ticket. For anyone wondering, but I will post updates here so that other users can learn from it too.

Mind updating this? I got the eternal buffering in youtube videos with VPN on, on the other hand for example vessel works perfectly fine. Connection speed is about 10%-0% worse with VPN on.
