Client will not connect

Eddie 2.9 is constantly re-connecting and will not hold a connection for 3 hours plus now ( in windows).

 

I closed and re-opened the client numerous times for no result.

 

Is anyone else experiencing the same issue and is there anything I can do about it?

 

All firewall rules have been applied and the client worked perfectly earlier on.
