Latency to Antares changing

Hello!

I've been watching how my latency goes (I am from Indonesia) to Antares server (located in Singapore). Once in a blue moon, I could have a <20ms latency. This only ever happened twice, which is the first day I subscribed and yesterday. I wonder if there's anything up with it? Am I doing something wrong?
