OpenVPN client on iPad connected to AirVPN

I had an odd experience when I logged into the Client Area of AirVPN. I noticed that my iPad was not connected, but yet, it was connected looking at client statistics on the app. I had to disconnect and connect again for the connection to be seen in the Client Area.

Should I be concerned that I truly was not connected to AirVPN services?
