Slow speeds, or just me?

I often have to server hop to find speeds that give me 80+% of my 75mbit download speeds.  And often times after I do find that server, I do another speed test hours later, and the connection speeds are down in the 10-20% range of my bandwidth from my isp.  I have tried Port 443 SSL, which didn't seem to fix the issue.

To help you further, you could post an excerpt of your logfile - it contains info about your OS and the client software versions. Also, some information on your ISP and which servers you use may help us all to understand your issue and see if we can fix it like Fix-It-Felix Jr. <3
