airstrea 1 Posted ... Hello all, sorry I am a bit new to all of this. I connect to Tor, then I connect with Air afterwards. Air lets me know that it connects, but it just looks like a normal connection without Tor. (I have Air set to TOR in preferences) Although, when I visit the Airvpn website it does not say connected on the bottom. Am I doing everything right? And last, what does this route look like if I am doing it correctly. my isp -> TOR -> 3 hops -> VPN -> website? Appreciate any help, thanks. Quote Share this post Link to post

When you browse the web using the tor browser, NONE of your tor activity is routed through airvpn servers. The tor browser connects to the tor network directly. Try using a different browser like chrome or a default version of firefox. Sign in to your airvpn account and view the Client Area tab. If configured correctly your "Coming From IP" will be different from your real IP. Quote Share this post Link to post
