Can't create Microsoft account on Persei

When I go to http://www.onenote.com/# and press "Sign in" on the top right and then press "Sign up for a new account", it says service unavilable. This was tested on Persei UDP port 53, it works fine on Heze UDP port 53 though.

When you need to register a new account on a popular service, use a newer server (as possible) from the News and Annoucements
