Having waded through the current 4 pages of the linked post, twice, just in case I missed a nugget of wisdom, and to save you dear member the ensuing tedium :-

save cloudfare cookies.

TL;DR: On many servers there is going to be cloudfare captchas. Try other server(s) or accept that there will be captchas.

 

Personally this isnt a problem. Haven't seen any of these in at least 6 months

This happens from time to time, at one point every UK server had them. I'm currently using Naos and Nunki and there aren't any captchas or any other issues.
