Can't login despite correct user/pass

I just started my trial but cannot login with Eddie. I get a "wrong user/pass" when I try to do so.

 

Can anyone help?

Best to drop staff a ticket, it'll likely be quicker for you. That said, I'd double check the user/pass again and copy and paste it just to be safe. The amount of times I've been "sure" I'd gotten it right over the years is unreal haha. It's been a long time since I had a trial account, but does it need manually validating/activating by staff? Just a thought. Either way just drop a support ticket and they'll sort you right out. Welcome to AirVPN, you'll like it here.

On another thread Jason Stuart answered that "The actual username is the name that appears next to your icon in the upper right of the website." It could be diferent from the user name you use to login the website.
