forums.station.sony.com Blocked

When I try to access the website it says the connection timed out. Tested on Persei UDP 53. It works fine without vpn.

 

UPDATE:

Works on Heze UDP 53. forums.station.sony.com blocking Persei also seems to cause an issue with Planetside 2. When it is launched on Persei, I get a black screen and it says and unknown error has occurred. After connecting to Heze, it works fine.
