Any updates on the Rana\Kraz\Spica 20-30% packet loss

I'm assuming the provider is having some issues with the 199.19.94 /24 range again but it would be nice to know what the issues is and an eta from them if available as it's been going on at least a couple hours now fairly consistently on all 4 boxes (Almach,Spica,Kraz,Rana) in that range.
