Minecraft Forum Blocked

When I try to go to minecraftforum.net, it says

Server Error in '/' Application.

Runtime Error

Description: An exception occurred while processing your request. Additionally, another exception occurred while executing the custom error page for the first exception. The request has been terminated.

 

It works fine when I'm not connected to the vpn. I've tested it on Persei UDP 53 and Heze UDP 53.

Try using some proxy server maybe.. I always use my private proxy server from buy.fineproxy.org website for such a reason. Try it out too
