I'm not too tech savvy with why this is not working but this happens when I try to connect to a server and it loops attempting to disconnect then reconnect.

What Mac OS version are you using? The AirVPN "Eddie" client is designed to only works on OSX Mavericks and Yosemite.

I fixed the issue, from doing research i found that if you go into preferences, advanced, i simply unchecked check if the tunnel effectively works, i went onto a test my ip website and it finally works! =)

This is on my connection at work (which blocks OpenVPN traffic...but with tunnel this shouldnt be an issue and vpn.ac client works just fine with tunnel).  On my home network or tethered on my phone this same setup works just fine.

I put in a help ticket and the suggested fix worked for me.

 

In the client go to Preferences->Advanced and uncheck "Check if the tunnel effectively works".  After that try connecting again.  If the connection now works make sure you're actually tunneled by going to airvpn.org and making sure the second box at the bottom is green.
