Does Network lock work with Kaspersky?

Hello, I use Kaspersky Total Security and need to know does Network even work with it ? Since it has its own built in Firewall and Windows Firewall gets Disabled? Since WebRTC isn't being blocked on Chrome?

If you have Kaspersky firewall on it means windows firewall is off and network lock is not working.
