port forwarding w/pfsense

I am trying to forward out ports while connected to pfsense. I have set up the remote port forwarding in my airvpn account and set up my associated port forward in pfsense. However when I try to test the ports it says unreachable in the remote port forwarding section but in pfsense it does say

Connection to 192.168.2.xxx 32400 port [tcp/*] succeeded!

Im setting up Plex which is 32400 and i'm having it redirected to target port 22515

Make sure you are testing your issue from a computer other than the one you are setting up port forwarding on.

I've read that post and I dont think it applies since I can access plex outside my network.

I've read that post and I still can't access plex outside my network.  The forwarded ports in my AirVPN acct says "Not reachable on server IP over the external port 22515 tcp protocol.  Error - 110 - connection timed out
