From others on this post you will need to try a different server.

Yeah, but it's a hassle.

Yeah I'm a new user and been trolling the forums and have come to realize that this will be a problem. Especially if you don't use the client and use the openvpn file to setup a router.

Config file will have to be change every time. I'm guessing unless someone else has a better answer.

Yeah, but it's a hassle. 

Put in a calm complaint to kohls support ( https://cs.kohls.com/ ) , providing all the information necessary for them to help whitelist the box, yes the likelihood something will come from it in small, but you never know, I've had such occasionally work.

I have switched servers and now access is denied on that server as well.

Which server is that?
It works from AirVPN Canada servers. Try it.
