can't connect to a server

Hey 
every time I try to connect to a server 
it say's connecting but then it disconnects 
and repeats in a loop 
can some one please help me out

I had this when I first installed AirVPN.

 

Remove it, then re-install using the machine's "actual" administrator account (not an account that has admin rights). When I did this everything worked fine.
