Speed to german servers from USA terrible...

Hi,

I'm using the Airvpn client and i'm using the protocol option ssl. My provider is Verizon Fios usa

When i connect to an canada server i have great speed almost 65 Mbit from possible 70Mbit.

 

But if i switch to an german server i don't even get 1 Mbit....i also tried other settings but i'm out of options.

Using SSL does slow down your connection. You add on top of that the distance between yourself and the German servers you will end up with a slow connection. However, that much of a decrease in speed shouldn't be that bad.
