OSX Client - Wrong login/password

New user here and am having some trouble getting the OSX client working on 10.10.1.  I have tried both the stable 2.7 and experimental 2.8 client and neither lets me login.  I have checked, double checked and triple checked my password still no luck.

 

Things are working fine for me on my openvpn/ddwrt setup I would just like the option to use the VPN when I am on the go.

I'm having the same issue.  I even logged out of the website and logged back in with no problem so I know i've got the right password.  Any help?

In my case I was using the wrong username. I was using the username I use to log into the website. The actual username is the name that appears next to your icon in the upper right of the website. In my case it was my actual name.

Ahh! that did it.  Thank you! Never occurred to me it would be different from the site log in.
