UK Government Broadband Funding Application website blocked!

When applying to get UK Government funding for a faster broadband connection the process starts at connectionvouchers.co.uk and then goes onto businessbroadbandvoucher.co.uk for the application. This url is blocking all AirVPN servers!

 

Is this the start of this government rolling out their firewall?

I just checked again and now the AirVPN routes check is apparently fine for all servers, except Nihal in Madrid yet I can't connect using Noas (UK).

Using a different browser I got: Cannot resolve hostname (www.businessbroadbandvoucher.co.uk)
