Unable to save an event in the client preferences

Hi,

 

I want to save actions for events in the advanced preferences under "vpn up" and "vpn down".

 

I want to kill my torrent program under vpn down with a bat file and launch it under the vpn up option.  No matter how many times I try and use save, it just doesn't work.  Also I'm not sure what is meant by "wait end of process" means.  Does it mean that the command won't execute until the end of being disconnected in the case of vpn down?  or what?  Also I would like to see (or know how to) configure it for multiple actions on one event.  Do I have to use a bat file for that as well.  Please help.
