Using browser through VPN without Admin rights

i was wondering if there is a way I can run my browser through a VPN without having any administration rights on Windows.

A proxy. But AirVPN doesn't offer any proxy servers at the moment.

I'm too struggling with that, there's no OpenVPN without a TAP driver and no driver without admin rights. :/
