Network Lock / Allowed Addresses

I'm struggling to exclude an address from the Network Lock which is enabled. The site is https://www.national-lottery.co.uk and the domain IP appears to be 194.246.78.102 according to https://www.site24x7.com/find-ip-address-of-web-site.html

Can't get the site to come up though whilst disconnected to AirVPN.

P.S Bear in mind that this site is completely inaccessible unless you're in the UK and not connected to a VPN. Not easy!
