Slow upload speeds

Apologies if this is a repeat post but it disappeared last time before I hit send.

 

I get very slow upload speeds from Canadian servers and slow from the U.S. My connections speed is 25/5 Mbps but while upload is fine, on the Canadian servers I get 2-3 Mbps download and on the U.S. 10-12 Mbps.

 

On the Canadian connections I get a lot of messages:

 

Authenticate/Decrypt packet error: bad packet ID

Your post is a little confusing, as you first state you have very slow upload speeds, but then say "while upload is fine".

 

Anyhow, if you are having performance problems, try changing the port (using the AirVPN Client).  As a last resort (which is what I had to do due to Verizon FiOS deep packet inspection), turn on SSL Tunnel.  All these options can be found in the Protocols tab in the AirVPN Client.

 

Make a change, reconnect, and use speedtest.net to check your speeds.
