pfSense Port Forwarding

I've followed the pfSense port forwarding guide on this website and everything is working great. The issue that I'm having is setting up port forwarding. I went to the Client Area and setup port forwards on a port. My question is: How do I setup pfSense to work with those ports? 

 

If I have a client on 192.168.1.1 that's listening on port 5000, what do I need to add to the port forward on the website and on the pfSense to be able to perform the port forward correctly. I tried a few suggestions on the forums but nothing worked.
