DNS leak protection, do I still need to use OpenVPN with DNS Leak Fix?

I realized that you upgraded your AirVPN program recently (or maybe it's been a while? I haven't checked). I've always used OpenVPN GUI with this tool to prevent any DNS leaks, but I was wondering if that is no longer necessary, and your program now takes care of that? It seems to have some some OpenVPN files in the zip it came in, so is it the same as running the OpenVPN GUI?. If I were to uninstall the DNS Leak fix and OpenVPN program and solely use the AirVPN program, am I still protected? Thanks.
