Since I made this post I've found 5 NL servers that have been banned, There may be more, I haven't tried them all.

 

I get the same message with Corvi, Dorsum, Erakis, Ophiuchi and Riguel.

I'm currently connected to Propus. I've created an account to test, activated my account and am now logged in as I write this.

Yes, some of them work, but a number of them are getting banned.
