I'm logged into airvpn client 2.6  on a work wireless network and I was going to check my blizzard diablo 3 account by logging into their server.  will my traffic be hidden to the blizzard server show up or will it be encrypted or hidden?

Also, I'm a newbie and just trying to make heads or tails of online security and anonymity, even internet and networking as a whole.  I've read many forums and surfed quite a bit about it and there is so much info that i'm having trouble piecing it all together. Does anyone have a suggestion about something that might help me out, perhaps a comprensive book or books or tutorials?

thanks

this guy is a little more lively imho.

Hell of a subject to just jump into if you have little or no prior knowledge so maybe try the networking section in the CompTia A+ to get you started,

The links McloEa gave are good and should help you out. To answer your first question. Your traffic will be encrypted. So, no who is looking in on you will know what you are doing.
