Could someone help answer this please.

 

While i was trying to logon this morning using eddie 2.6 i was redirected

to another page which had a splash screen saying our tubes are full up.

Also down the side of the splash screen it said "Teambio.org"

 

Is this the norm when having difficulties loging on ?

 

After another couple of trys later that day all seems ok.

According to the AirVPN staff there was a problem in the infrastructure serveral hours ago now. That issue may have something to do with your problem.

No problem, I could be wrong but, if you want a more detailed answer, you can always open a support ticket and the staff can give you the information you need.

I have no clue what the issue is/was but I gotta ask. What the hell is Teambio d0T 0rg? and why did you get redirected there?

 

That would concern me.

This is the reply i recieved from support

 

"Yes. It's a courtesy page, with some humor. People from teambio are authors of the nice pic."

If you are a photographer you also would like to leave a watermark so that people know who did the photo. Same here, teambio are the ones who did the picture, and it would be inappropriate to publish it without a link to their webpage. AirVPN is not related to them in any way, except for the pic which is, you see, made by teambio, published on airvpn.org. Kind of ©, you know?

Below is the reply i was expecting from support.

 

"Hello!

Yes: that's a courtesy page displayed on our web site when the web server has any issue of any kind and can't respond properly (tubes clogged for example ). Then, if the web server can, it will bring you to a page with our tweets, so you can get additional info if available."
