Does AirVPN Keep Logs?

Simple question, not that I plan on doing anything other than torrenting, but if you guys receive a torrent notification or something and the government requests logs, what is the policy?

AirVPN does not log. It says so right on the home page under "Surf Anonymously" it states, "No monitoring nor logging of your activities online."

They do at their country home but i hear its only in winter if its cold.
