Pandora.com blocking

Not sure how long it's been going on, but a simple forum search doesn't reveal any current results, and I haven't bothered until now.

 

http://pandora.com/ redirecting to http://www.pandora.com/restricted while on VPN, connected via Persei (US), the external IP seems to be correlating to the Netherlands, Poland, or the US depending on what you trust from ARIN and RIPE.

It looks like it's been an intermittent problem, and it's not a particularly big deal to me because I have it up via my mobile (unlimited data) anyway. More of a heads-up for everyone else.
