can't connect, win7

Hi, I'm using airvpn on my osx machine without problem but have just tried to set up on my win7 machine and I can't get it working.  If I use the AirVPN client i get 'wrong login name / password' every time (i'm using the right credentials), and if I use the OpenVPN GUI with config file then it connects ok, but my internet connection still seems to be going through the unencrypted connection (this site reports me as connected, but ip trackers report my real ip address).

 

If I look at the TAP connection in network and sharing center it says it is enabled and connected, but has no internet access.

 

Am i missing something in terms of configuration I need to do?  Can't seem to find anything on your website.  Howcome the AirVPN client isn't recognising my login credentials?  Help!
