AirVPN fail to connect for a week now

I cant connect to AIRVPN any more   every time I try to connect it says   failed to connect 

 

this is going on for a week now ,,, at firts i thought maybe you guys are doing some updates or something 

 

but it looks like i have a problem

Did you change your password for AirVPN? If not then post some logs like gigan said.

Thanks guys   where can I find the Logs ???

 

It is working now  I reinstall   openvpn-install.exe    and now it is working 

 

I have no clue what is going on 

 

and I would aslo Like to mention  some times as soon as I connect  to airvpn  after 4 or 5 minutes  some thing happens that makes my computer restart  

 

this only happens if i dont connect for 3  or 4 days and then connect   any one have an Idea  what is going on ??

sorry for the late respond    but every thing is working super   on my Linux box   the problem was on OS 7 64    and what i did was add a proxy  to my settings  ,,,, and thats why i was having trouble  ,, after removing the proxy every thing fall in Place   many thanks
