Hi,

 

since Crucis has been decommissioned, to get Rai working, I added to my router the primary DNS 10.4.0.1.

 

This solution worked for a couple of days but as of today stopped working. Can you check if there is an issue on your side?

 

On the other hand, cielotv works fine once connected to your vpn.

After contacting the airvpn support, they quickly resolved the issue.
