sirius, ssh port 53, tunnelblick, waiting for server response... forever

hi all,

 

anyone having probs with openvpn over ssh tunnel? haven't used this mode in a few weeks on Sirius server and tried today and now it just hangs on the "waiting for server response" stage. 

 

using it via the ssl tunnel works fine though.

 

relevant details:

 

mac osx 10.9.2 mavericks

tunnelblick 3.4b26

re-generated new config files for ssh port 53, bundled executables

seems to have fixed itself. yay.

I am having the waiting server response issue now too... Not sure how to fix it though. Any suggestions? Thanks!
