Am I connected?

I had a recent system crash and had to reinstall the airvpn client. I am able to login and connect but when I check the bottom on the airvpn webpage, it's says I'm not connected and shows my actual IP address.... even though airvpn client says I'm connected with errors. I click the referenced URL but it doesn't take me to anything that will point me in the direction to resolve. Can you help? Below are the logs:
