tkraken 0 Posted 01/30/2014 Vipre antivirus has quarantined airvpn.exe from my system and flagged it as Trojan.Win32.Generic.pak!cobra. I downloaded the files directly from this site and the SHA256 has for the file is b40e0b557191bf4e5fe86b80bd75f010b8aa2148544569e5d047ca98a8ef3ca5. I assume this is a false positive hit but does anyone have any thoughts on why this is happening? Quote Share this post Link to post
OpenSourcerer 1470 Posted 01/30/2014 Harmless. Just search VirusTotal for the SHA256 string. It's happening because software is never 100% right. And antivirus software is software, too.
