Connecting with SSL configuration

Hello:

 

Does anybody have successful experience with the connecting over SSL configuration available in the Advance section?  If so, please explain the steps.  One public place I go to, does not allow OpenVPN and SSH connections.

I just tried using the guide and could not get it work.

windows 8.1 x64

just tried again on osx following the guide and does not work also.

(selected osx, single server, advanced mode ssl tunnel 443, marked bundle executables, download and executed commands in terminal as sudo)

 

osx 10.9 mavericks

 

error message:

cannot allocate TUN/TAP dev dynamically

Exiting due to fatal error

ok after some googling, i found out that the tun kext doesnt load automatically. so my work around is to launch stunnel from the terminal, then initiate the ovpn connection via tunnelblick. i'm just learning wireshark also (to doublecheck if it's all SSL encrypted), and i'm not entirely sure if it's doing what it's supposed to, but at least it appears to work because i do see lots of TLS lines after a live capture.
