Block non-VPN traffic with kaspersky?

I know there is a way to stop internet connection with Commodo if VPN goes down as detailed on these forums, but I am wondering if anyone knows an easy way to do it with Kaspersky internet security?

 

Also, I read some time ago that AirVPN was looking to implement this feature into the client at some point, is there any progress on this?
