European Commission website blocked from Tauri

Blocked URL e.g. http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/safety/rapex/alerts

Only Tauri (46.165.208.105) seems to be blocked, other German servers seem to be fine. Also tested Lyncis, not blocked.
